For many years, "Kirkwood" and "Partnership" have been inseparable terms in eastern Iowa. From businesses large and small to government agencies and other educational groups, Kirkwood has been there to encourage creative solutions that enhance our communities. The many creative ways that we have sought out win-win solutions to community needs could fill a book. In fact, they DO fill a book!

By constantly staying in touch with our community and business leaders and listening to students, Kirkwood has been instrumental in forming hundreds of business partnerships, coalitions and consortium teams that have addressed industry sector workforce needs while creating cost-effective programs shared across many boundaries.
