Amy joined Kirkwood in July 2002 and the Kirkwood Training & Outreach Services Team as Director in February 2008. In her previous positions at Kirkwood, Amy worked closely with area employers on their workforce needs through the Skills Advantage Program. As Director of Training & Outreach services, Amy works with Program Directors in meeting corporate training needs. Amy also coordinates special jobs, accelerated training programs and industry consortium training programs. Amy has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology from Cornell College and will have her Masters in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose complete in August 2008.

John has been with Kirkwood since September 1999 and joined the Kirkwood Training Services staff in January 2007. He recently took over the the supervising duties of the Transportation and Safety Range at Kirkwood in 2008. John graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. degree in Business with a major in Management in 2007. He is currently a graduate student working on his Masters in Education-Curriculum & Instruction Style- Adult Education. Doris has been with Kirkwood since 1980. She joined the Kirkwood Training & Outreach Services Team in October 2006. She is responsible for administering the Iowa Jobs Training Program (260F) and Grow Iowa Values Funds. These programs provide funding to train current employees of eligible businesses that are located in our area. Jen joined Kirkwood in April, 2007 as a Program Director. Jen received her B.A. in Social Science Education from the University of Northern Iowa. Prior to her position at Kirkwood, Jen was the Center Director at the Sylvan Learning Center located in Edina, MN. Al joined Kirkwood in March 2008. He has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Prior to his position at Kirkwood, he was active in Eastern Iowa telecommunications ventures for more than two decades, from there developing his own consulting business, Beach Consulting Group, which he continued through 2007. His most recent consulting project was serving as an evening counselor at the SBDC. As Director of the SBDC, Al works with staff to provide the highest quality assistance for businesses with 500 or fewer employees -- those starting their own small business, planning a major business expansion or contemplating passing their business on to the next generation. Ana joined Kirkwood in May of 2008.  Ana received a BA in both Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Iowa. Jasmine joined Kirkwood in July 2008 as a Program Director. Jasmine received her B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Iowa. Paulette Milewski joined Kirkwood Training & Outreach Services as a Program Director in November 2009, bringing with her considerable experience in sales, customer service and training. Prior to joining the Kirkwood team, Paulette had worked in both not-for-profit and private industries. She earned her bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1999. Jennifer has been with Kirkwood since 2006. She is responsible for providing administrative and project management support to the Program Directors and the KTOS Director. She also serves as a point of contact with the contracted instructors and manages all other logistical details for the contracted training events. Jennifer will finish her B.S. degree in Health Care Management from Bellevue University in December 2008.

Gayle has been with Kirkwood since 1987. She is responsible for providing facility reservations and hosting services at the facility.
